Muslim Students Association at ASU cordially invites you to participate in the Women’s Bazaar as part of the ISBA Spring Interfaith Women’s Tea on Sunday, April 12, 2026.

The event will be held in The Ventana Ballroom in the Memorial Union at ASU and is open to our tea guests. We expect an attendance of 120 to 180 people.

We welcome women artists, merchants, and craftspeople to exhibit and sell their merchandise. No food vendors please.

Space is limited to 14 Booths. Each Booth is 72” x 36”, so please complete the enclosed application send it in with payment by March 15, 2026.

Price: Booth - $75

Vendors will receive:

• 72” x 36” table

• 1 chair

• 1 ticket to the tea

Once we receive your application, we will email you a link to pay for the booth. Once your payment is received, we will send a confirmation email to you.

Booths will be assigned on a first come first served basis. If you do not make your payment by March 15^th, you will lose your booth space, and we will offer it to a vendor on the waiting list.

There are no refunds for confirmed, paid vendor spaces. The deadline to turn in your application and fee is March 15, 2026.

Final instructions for set-up will be emailed out on March 27, 2026.
